Sensational Suppers is a meal assembly business designed to make cooking a pleasurable and stress free endeavor.

• Sensational Suppers does all the meal planning, shopping, chopping, dicing and clean up.
• You choose your family's favorite dinners from a list of 14- 16 options on the website.
• You come to Sensational Suppers facility for a one to two hour session to prep your dinners. You'll do this at individual work-stations where the ingredients are all laid out. You simply follow the posted recipe. You can also customize your dinners to your family's taste by accommodating special diets and taste preferences.
• Place the assembled dinners into the freezer containers we provide.
• Take the dinners home, freeze them, and cook when needed.

Step 1: Choose Your Meals

Every month, our in-house chefs create a unique and seasonal menu of entrées. You make your entrée choices (a minimum of 6 meals, if you want fewer meals please contact your location) on-line and sign up for a meal assembly session at Sensational Suppers. Meals come in two portion sizes. A half portion feeds 2- 3 people and a full portion feeds 4-6 people.

Step 2: Preparation

• Make room in your freezer! A standard freezer can accommodate twelve meals with plenty of room for ice cream!!!
• Dress in comfortable clothing, grab a cooler or a laundry basket and head on over to our kitchen. We'll provide all the meal storage containers you will need.

Step 3: The Kitchen Experience

Sensational Suppers is equal parts food and experience. We've created a space to sit back, relax and socialize. If you're not creating a fabulous feast we hope you're chilling with a great coffee on the massage chairs.

When you are ready to get started, we'll show you how its done and orient you to food safety practices.

We've done the hard stuff, you do the fun stuff! All of the recipe ingredients are pre-chopped, simmered, sautéed, and ready to go. You just follow the easy instructions posted at each station.

Assemble your meals. Use the recipe as a guide but feel free to tailor it to your family's particular taste. If garlic is your passion... feel free to add as much as you like.

Upon completing each meal, label it appropriately and place it in one of our storage freezers. For maximum food safety, all food will be stored below 6°C (40°F) at Sensational Suppers.

One of our staff members will clean up after you are done, so move to the next station and begin making your next dish.

Cycle through the individual entrée stations and assemble your meals until you have completed your order.

A full, twelve-entrée order typically takes two hours from start to finish! We have regular customers who do 6 meals in 45 minutes or less.

Step 4: The Rewards

At Home:

Place your meals in the freezer to be cooked throughout the month. Once a week defrost the selections for the week and follow the cooking instructions.

Rest assured that your family is getting home-cooked, nourishing meals with YOUR touch of love added. Food without preservatives. Premium ingredients with a cost equivalent to or less than home-prepared groceries.
